Prohibition on Dealing with Sanctioned or Restricted Countries

Both parties explicitly acknowledge and agree that the Seller does not engage in business transactions with any countries or entities that are subject to international sanctions or trade restrictions. This includes, but is not limited to, countries such as Russia, North Korea, and any other jurisdictions that are permanently prohibited under international law or government regulations.

The Purchaser further acknowledges that any attempt to circumvent these restrictions by conducting business with sanctioned or restricted countries or entities constitutes a direct violation of this Agreement. In the event that the Seller discovers that the Purchaser has engaged in such activities, the Seller reserves the right to immediately terminate any ongoing business relationships with the Purchaser, including halting the sale or transfer of any vehicles.

Upon the discovery of such a violation, this Agreement will be considered automatically terminated and rendered null and void, effective immediately. Furthermore, the Seller will take immediate action to confiscate any vehicles that are currently in their possession that were sold or transferred to the Purchaser. This includes any vehicles that may be in transit or held within the Seller's custody for any reason.

Additionally, any advance payments or deposits made by the Purchaser in relation to this Agreement will also be forfeited, and the Seller will retain these funds as compensation for the breach of this Agreement. The Purchaser fully understands and agrees to these terms, acknowledging that compliance with international trade laws and sanctions is a critical and non-negotiable condition of this Agreement.

This provision is intended to safeguard both parties from legal, financial, and reputational risks that may arise from doing business with entities or countries that are subject to sanctions or trade restrictions.
